Join us every second week for a 60 minute intimate conversation about the evolution of well-being happening in your workplace in real-time with our featured guest leader, hosted by Listening Circle Facilitator and Storyteller, Tina Overbury. The 20 minute guest speaker portion of the gathering will be recorded, so even if you can't join us, you will have access to our library of R-Evolution chats!

The R-Evolution Circle is here for all of us. Wisdom can be a collective force of understanding, and the R-Evolution Circle is here to help us navigate the ever shifting landscape of what it means to be well at work with a bi-weekly place to simply 'be'.
Why A R-Evolution Now?
All of us have been part of a workplace where we felt connected, where we smiled, laughed, worked hard, and felt rejuvenated by the people and the work.
We have also experienced a workplace where we, and the people around us are exhausted, feeling overly managed, worried, inadequate and second guessed.
We believe that with a R-Evolution in leadership, we can contribute to the day when toxic practices, leadership approaches and burnout inducing adrenalin based cultures are no longer revered, celebrated, or tolerated.
We want a relational future for leadership.
We want to go to work and feel nourished, celebrated and at home in our bodies.
The Future
38% of Canadians, that more than one third are concerned about losing their job in the next 12 months. The numbers are higher in Ontario at 46%. Of those numbers 47% are the leaders of tomorrow: aged 18-34.
We need a stronger, more resilient foundation.
Safe Spaces
Nearly one in two Canadians will experience mental illness by the time they are 40. A lack of organizational focus and stigma when discussing mental health keeps these issues closeted, unaddressed and compounding.
We need safe spaces to discuss what is really going on in order to set a sustainable course forward.
Preventing Burnout
20%of the employed population (4 million people) – experienced “high or very high levels of work-related stress” across the country.
61% of employees do not receive coaching on how to handle job stress and 65% lack access to programs to prevent burnout.
We need to evolve how we address stress and burnout. We need to listen and learn.

What if I'm...
What if I'm burned out right now?
This circle is designed for you. Bring all you are, as you are. There will be days when you have lots to offer to the circle, and other days where you will be the one receiving. Burnout, exhaustion, and being at capacity is a state of being that is often experienced privately, but talked about on the surface level publicly. This community is an opportunity to normalize what is often hidden, so we can begin to heal, and create new ways of working and being.
What if I'm an introvert?
It takes all types of personality types, communication styles and nervous system responses to make up a community based learning experience. We all give and receive information in different ways. A circle is designed to be inclusive of all who are in it, and adaptive to the situation at hand. Engagement is always invitational. Circle members can remain silent, or use the chat or speak up. Who you are is always celebrated in our circles.
What if I am not a leader?
This circle is a safe and welcoming place to discover who you are as a leader. Whether or not you are a leader of one (yourself) or are in a named leadership position, you make leadership choices everyday. This circle is here as a resource for you as you begin to consciously lead from a place of wellness in the workplace.
