About Us

The Coalition for Regenerative Work is a not-for-profit organization committed to the betterment of society through the power of a positive workplace culture.

We have seen the impact of positive workplaces on the mental health of individuals, and we believe that a positive workplace can be created by supporting the collective skills, mindsets and capabilities of individuals and teams. We connect your head, the heart and soul in your work.

Purpose

We exist to co-create  life-giving workplaces for a more regenerative world.

Vision

We see a world...

where workplaces are encouraging, nourishing and generative; where just thinking about ‘work’ stirs a sense of belonging and purpose. We see forward-focused, organizations ready to reimagine their workplaces from the inside-out so their community of staff feels safe to bring their whole self to work. We see relevant and relational business where every person has the collaborative skills they need to do their job in a life-affirming way. We see a world where going to work is a happy extension of someone’s life.

Values

Our workplaces are created by people for people and we are the people who make-up our work places. Workplaces are meant to be regenerative not extractive. Efficiency happens in places where our nervous system is at rest.
