Our first circle starter, Dr. Lawrence Yang will kick us off with his own healing narrative. As with many in healthcare, he is no stranger to burnout and exhaustion, and Lawrence has been on his journey of healing his own mindsets. Through exploring, understanding and healing his own narrative, he is able to be the physician that his patients need, the parent his children need, and the partner and friend to those dear to him need – and all the while staying true to himself. Hear his reflections on his inner narrative journey as he moves from distress to healing, and how he helps other physicians do the same.
